Before You Call Us
Some quick things you can check yourself.
Cart won’t start
Check the key switch, the tow/run switch (under the seat on most Club Cars), and whether your batteries have enough charge.
Cart is slow
Low battery voltage is the most common cause. Check your state of charge. If batteries are good, could be tire pressure or a controller issue.
Charger isn’t charging
Check the outlet. Check for loose cables. Some smart chargers won’t start if voltage is very low. Call us if you’re stuck.
Brakes feel mushy
Could be brake shoe wear, a sticking caliper, or low brake fluid on hydraulic systems. Don’t ignore it. Get it checked.
Cart pulls to one side
Tire pressure first. Then check alignment and front-end components. A quick shop visit is usually the fix.
Strange noise
Describe the noise (grinding, clicking, whining) when you call. That helps us come prepared.
